• What is a Certificate of Analysis and why does every vial have one?+

  A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the third-party analytical report — typically HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity — for the specific production lot inside your vial. Every lot we release is keyed to its own COA, published in a searchable library, so you can verify identity and purity before you begin work.

• Are these peptides intended for human use?+

  No. All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro research use by qualified investigators in a controlled laboratory setting. They are not for human or veterinary use, food, cosmetic, or household application.

• Where do you ship from and how long does it take?+

  Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from a U.S. facility. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on service level selected at checkout.

• How should I store the vials on arrival?+

  Lyophilised peptides should be stored at −20°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep at 2–8°C and use within the stability window described in the product documentation.

• Can I request the COA for a specific lot I already have?+

  Yes. Enter the lot number printed on your vial into the COA lookup on any product page or the homepage. If a record does not appear, contact support with the lot code and we will reissue documentation.
